The Child Inside

I bounce around enjoying my time
Jumping over fences, kicking stones...
I don't care what people think,
infact it doesn't even occur to me to bother thinking...

Then suddenly, I grow up..
and I feel I realize the stares all around...
I realize that girls are not supposed to jump fences & kick stones

I am not sure it is good to be aware..
or if it is better to not care...
'cause the society seems to penalize you either way..
