Ward off the Reward

We all work.. and like to be rewarded when we feel we've done something worthy of appraisal.

But what happens when you see the same reward being given to a mediocre performance and one which was par excellence.

I guess we all need to learn to refuse... not just what we don't deserve.. but also when mediocrity is rewarded in the same breath and with equal gaiety as good work.
