Withering Heights

There is a grace in a withering yellow leaf,
floating in the breeze before it falls on the ground...

Alas, all things come to an end, And this does too...
It is on us to decide what we choose.

A graceful exit as we wither and float,
till we finally land on the ground,
lifeless, yet free..

  1. Sometimes I feel that good exits are precious. Life's gambles of entries and exits keep breaking hearts I think, but a quote sits with me when I can't answer it all - "don't be dead serious about your life, its just a play" - Sadhguru. What ever it might mean. Hope you've been well.

    1. I agree.. the moments of entry and exit into this world are the 2 things which are beyond our control. The rest, which is actually in our scope, is wasted in frivolous things.
